I have no issues with AutoNation as they did all they could but I do have a big issue with the manufacturer of my Jeep that was 10 months old with only 6,000 miles on it. I waited months for my computer/radio to be replaced because Jeep will only replace a defective unit with a refurbished one. You literally have to wait until another faulty unit is extracted from someone else’s car, refurbished and then you can get the problem “fixed”. No option for a new part, only used. Fast, easy. And SO convenient!
i brought the car in for an oil change of course afterwards the lady came out and suggested a list of recommendation that amounted to 1297.98 I just happened to remember that i got almost all those recommendations done within the last 2 years and none of them were required. the worse part is the recommendations were already done at your facility in the past. This is a true attempt to gauge the customer. If i was not astute and remembered i would have been out 1297.98. I probably will report this to the better business bureau
