On April 16,2026 I brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee in for a recommended transmission service. Robin, my assigned service manager , greeted me for my 8:00 AM appointment and advised me that this service would take serveral hours. Robin arranged transportation home for me so I would not have to wait at the dealership. I received a call at 12:30 informing me that the service was completed and that the dealer shuttle was on it's way to return me to the dealership.
