Quoting a repeat customer $570 for a battery that is just a week out of warranty is ridiculous. I have purchased 7 vehicles from Auto Nation. This is not good customer service for any customer. I will think twice before returning back to this service dept. Bring back Nicholas Thomas to your service drive. You need him!
I was able to set my appointment easily, the person I spoke with was very attentive. The attendant took care of my car immediately upon arriving and provided a ride for me. Text updates was helpful and responses were quick and informative. Highly recommend Auto Nation for services.
This dealership has definitely made improvements since my last visit, New Management seems to have made a difference, not great yet but better. I would recommend to friends and family.
I went in for a recall. They were supposed to have my vehicle two or three days but they had it done on the second day which was great. The staff was very nice and thorough about what they were fixing. I bought my car brand new in 2018 from auto nation.
Extremely disappointed with the service I received. I brought my car in on a Friday and didn't get it back until the following Wednesday-with no real communication or updates in between. My service advisor failed to address the concerns I initially mentioned, and they removed the battery before running diagnostics, which completely wiped the codes.
