I went in for a appointment at the time I was told and it was just to check or replace the I uconnect screen or radio and was told i would have to leave it overnight and the guy with the dreads is the rudest person I’ve ever interacted in customer service and needs to be fired and i have a warrant on my Jeep and he acted like he didn’t care and i would have to put to the diagnostic fee when I told him the warranty company was paying
Came in for 80K service. Was looking at their laminated cost sheet for service and based on what I selected- was looking at under $1K. Get home and get a phone call for service department - now we are looking at $2.4! The $145 on the sheet was wrong - it is $245! And the $175 is actually $645, and it there also need to add a $450 for fuel system cleaning. I told them not to touch it. Could not get there fast enough to get my Jeep off the lot!
