Please read before you take your vehicle here. We will never use them again because of the statement below. We have 2024 Grand Wagoneer took to have recalls repaired. We decided to allow them to provide routine services also to include rotation balance, alignment, oil change and brake fluid services. We got charged for services that were not performed ie. Scheduled service for new tires with description that I needed new tires. I called a week ahead of time and left a message with a service rep giving details of what I needed. I left my name and number but no call back. Arrived to my service appointment and they don’t have the tires that I need. I tried to call back this morning to advise I’ve gone elsewhere for tires and no one answered. I was ultimately disconnected.

The Ram was taken in for a recall on the trailer package. I called on Friday was given an appointment for 7:30 took it in Monday. I called on Wednesday and was never contacted. I went in Wednesday and it hadn’t been looked at and the parts were on hand. The Ram wasn’t even looked at until I went in on Thursday. The only reason was because I went in and waited. The other problem with the back up camera wasn’t addressed as the claim was the man was pulled off of a job toy look mine that had been there for four days
