I had previously had service with the AutoNation on Victory Drive and did not have a pleasant experience there I completed the survey before and no one ever reached out to me. I took my 2016 Dodge Charger to get serviced because the check engine light was on. Shelby was the person I talk to about my concern with my car. He was very professional and the linked they sent to explain to me in detail about my car it was very helpful. I was called on September 14 saying they were celebrating customer appreciation month. They asked when I wanted to bring in my vehicle. I scheduled for Saturday, September 26 at 10. I brought my Durango in and they serviced the vehicle. The technician told me they were done. When I get to the counter, the technician tells me it will be $259.09. I told him that I had gotten a call from the dealership saying that my oil change would be free. They said that nobody from the dealership called even when I had shown them the number... read more

Awesome experience with Mr. Bean and Colin them guys are awesome. Got my car in there and got it back out in a good amount of time even though the part was on backorder I have no complaints. I would definitely tell my friends and family to use all Service Dept.
