Fast and friendly service!
Rude employees on the phone. Wife was trying to get warranty work done and they wouldn’t give her estimated time. Then hung up on her. Stay away from friendship dealerships they are terrible dealerships anyway. She originally bought her jeep from the Bristol friendship and they suck too.
Friendship dealership won't honor multiple oil changes and warranty purchased through previous ownership. Wife called them this morning and they denied having to honor oil changes purchased from previous ownership. Ended up having to go to Walmart for an oil change. 4/12/24
