Kris Child’s and Andrew Hawksby are amazing! Kris is this lots general manager and was so nice to us and invested in our deal from the start since we were wronged by the Bristol location. Andrew finished our sale for us and was very accommodating and professional. Even came in on his day off to finish his deal! Oil change and tire rotation cost $114 for my Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. $59.00 for the oil change which seemed very reasonable but $40 to rotate tires? It takes about 10 minutes to rotate tires so not sure why Friendship wants to charge that much for a simple tire rotation?
