Bought a used 2021 ford ranger from them recently. Seamless transaction and very easy to work with, Robert in sales is phenomenal and got me everything I needed as quickly as possible.
I bought my Jeep a year ago when this place was Bob Baker Jeep. 2 months later AutoNation took over but they ensured AutoNation would cover all warranties. Anyway, my trunk door became miss aligned and it looses power to shut if when left open for longer periods of time. I went there this week to find out they will deny all warranty on it because they claim that someone “tampered” with one of the bolts on the door. Ive never noticed it nor did I tamper with it. Found the Vehicle I wanted (2014 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon X) at Autonation Jeep Carlsbad. The price was good, not great. Tried to negotiate a little and they would not budge at all (not even $200). I really wanted the jeep so I decided to buy it anyway. From Thousand Oaks I traveled 3hrs to Carlsbad to buy the Jeep. The buying process was fairly painless.
