Excellent Customer service From Steve Johnson and Service Department ! The part was delayed for over six weeks! Steve Johnson for was unable to get accurate information from G M which was frustrating for him and us. he made daily follow ups and kept us informed as best as he could. when the part arrived he was able to get us the car in the promised time, for which we appreciate and is finally back on the road. Made an appointment and stopped in on my lunch break for an oil change and tire rotation, and the service was impressively quick. Perfect timing to get it done without missing work. Kenny was extremely helpful, and Sales Manager Ryan went above and beyond addressing my questions about a trailer tire pressure monitoring system I was missing. They looked into it and had the missing items immediately ordered. Great service, friendly team, and efficient all around. I’ll definitely be back for follow up services.

I made an appointment using the app. When I went to the dealership, they couldn’t find me in the system. I showed them email confirmation and proceeded to sending me with Joe. I dropped off my car and was told it would take about 2 hours. 2 hours past and nothing. So I checked the link that I was given via text and it showed that my car was done. I called to make sure and indeed my vehicle was finished. Why didn’t anyone call me to inform me that my vehicle was ready?
