"I am writing to express my total dissatisfaction with the service I recently received. I have been a loyal customer of this dealership for 2 years, but my latest experience was unacceptable. Great experience taking my vehicle to service. Kirk helped make the process very smooth. Will certainly go over again for my next service.
Communication regarding time frame of waiting for your vehicle was very frustrating . Even with an early appointment it took 5 hours to wait another 30 minuets being told it was being washed to come out not washed set the icing on the cake for me. Very frustrating wasted an entire day should of called for an Uber to take me home. Lesson learned.
Isabella was friendly and knowledgeable about the service schedule for our truck. The service department did good work and had our truck back to us the same day.
