A friend bought a used vehicle from this dealer and found that the vehicle had a mechanical problem. When she complained about the problem, the dealership took the vehicle to service it (WITHOUT LETTING HER GO ON THE ROAD TEST with the technician so that she could properly identify the problem) and kept the vehicle for a number of weeks.
