Issue was not resolved. Left several messages with no reply to the dealership. Joshua was very nice, but he hasn’t returned my call so I’m gonna have to go to the dealership today to discuss it.
Go down the road to GMC of Riverfront Park. I had my truck towed in on a Friday after close and put my key in the night drop. I called Saturday morning to get my appointment set up. I was told an advisor would call me back shortly. I didn't get a call. I called back 3 hours later and was told an advisor would call back shortly. I didn't get a call.
