Very poor customer relations. I called several times to get a price for a complete brake job and was told each time a service rep would call me. After waiting all day I never received a call. I guess they don’t want my business. Update, I called back to talk with the GM and three times I was told neither was available but I could leave a message. David in the service department is a terrible customer service representative and I will never deal with him again. My husband brought in the car to him with a warranty through a different dealership and he poppped off on my husband about needing all the warranty before they could even look at the car and why is he bringing the car when he doesn't have all the stuff he needs blah blah.
