Simple oil change this time but as is always their practice it was completed timely and in a professional manner!
If you thought a service center couldn't be worse than Autonation, you'd be right! My car has been in their shop for 45 days AND COUNTING. Fake eta's, fake information, and Taylor sounds like she doesn't even know what is going on half the time. Completely out of the loop. A month and a half has my car been in the shop, and I've been told repairs haven't even started yet, even though I was told the whole process should've been done by around the 25th of LAST month. I arrived for my appt window and they immediately took my truck and put it in the bay to get transmission flushed. On issue is that also fixed a recall I didn’t know about and didn’t come tell me about it until 3 hours later. I do appreciate them doing it though but if I’d know earlier that it was going to take longer than an hour I would’ve got a ride and ran my errands. Happy though because the flush fixed the transmission shuddering issue I was having with my Silverado!
Despite the generous one-star rating, I am compelled to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided by this establishment. The service quality is consistently poor, and the lack of a consistent mechanic is a significant issue. My son’s vehicle has been in the shop three times for the same problem.
