I dropped my vehicle off at 9:00 AM for a scheduled appointment, yet by 5:30 PM, it still hadn’t been serviced. I was told that because I didn’t give a specific “completion time,” my car was pushed to the end of the line. That policy was never communicated to me—and it’s completely unreasonable. If I make an appointment, I expect my vehicle to be serviced in a timely manner. A simple oil change should not take 9 hours. Ryanna was great! I really wanted my dream car but it was slightly out of reach with the numbers. She worked with the banks to get the numbers more affordable and now I do have my dream car! Ry has your keys!
