NEVER Again, what I work with AutoNation, but certainly not this dealership. I traded the car three months later. Got a better deal on the same car with less mileage and they bent over backwards to help me at the Mazda dealership. I learned a very valuable lesson when it comes to AutoNation as well as understanding why car salesman get such bad reps.
The Services is Excelent, And they are very kind and respecpectful..
I have had nothing but a great experience with Autonation Chevrolet South Clearwater. Fr9m initial visit to final results I was well taken care of and never once felt sold on something. Great staff great products great service
Service manager John and Tech advisor Jeremy have done a wonderful job assisting me diagnosing a very difficult issue. They are super professional and I'm very grateful for their focus getting my vehicle up and running.
I had to go in three times for the same tire. The customer facing reps are nice enough but three trips for a tire?!? No defect, just the service department doing a lackluster job and touting a "certified service center" badge. I'll be sure to take my service needs elsewhere since they can't even manage a simple tire balance.
