Definitely one of the best places I have been. Had to take my car back almost seems like three weeks in a row I felt bad like it was a bother the guys are great and Ms Vera is awesome. John, Jeremy, and Ryder they are the most patient and understanding guys. The customer service is amazing and they all made the process so easy. Thr service department is terrible. I wont be going back. You can call 100 times and leave messages they dont call you back. The receptionist is rude. The service manager talked down to me and never returned my calls. Was told they could give me a ride to my rental car and I wouldn't have to wait. When I got there 5 people doing nothing but they didn't have anyone there to give me a ride. I had previously spoke with members of the service department about my vehicles warranty repair. I had also spoken directly to GM's service inquiry department on what I needed to do. After an extremely long back and forth online with your and GM's customer service which took about a month without any response from AutoNation Chevrolet of South Clearwater I decided to make a service appointment. I've bought 5 vehicles here since 2013. All my service work was done here, too. This last go around, I prepaid my service work and bought bumper to bumper extended warranty. The problem,? Im not even outside my factory warranty yet and besides an earlier oil changes, today's services cost ne $375. Seems i was lied to when I set up my 3xtended coverage.
