This is a dreadful service department, many of my reasons why are similar to others below. No phone/text or email status updates, repairs not completed properly and a general lack of care makes this place a hard pass. Highly recommend you find an alternative for your Chevy service.
A few weeks ago I took my truck in for routine maintenance, multipoint checklist came back good saying my front brake pads were at 7mm. 1 week later service brake pad sensor light came on so I took it in thinking maybe it’s a warranty issue. Now they tell me my brake pads are at 2mm with no pictures to show me. They had the technicians put it back on the lift to take pictures and then all the sudden they were at 5mm.
