Zero star if I could. The worst service I’ve ever had. They want to charge 600+ dollars to charge my ac and it is already charged. Total rip off
I had an appt for service this morning. Took off work, got to appt on time, drive into the service driveway and not a single person came to greet me. I waited, saw the 15+ employees walking around inside the glass doors 10ft away and not one person came out to my car. I waited a few moments and decided to take my business elsewhere.
Purchased a used 2023 Ford Transit recently from AutoNation. I later when to check the oil and the dipstick was missing with a piece of electrical tape over the hole where the dipstick was supposed to be. This means that didn’t check the oil when they received this vehicle. I highly doubt they did any maintenance on this vehicle to ensure it was in good condition.
Worst place to buy a car.First week our transmission went out. They did replace it but it took almost a month. And now not even a year into having our car we got a flat.It should have been a simple fix but no our lug nuts were so corroded and rested that they wouldn’t come off.So here we go to tow it to Discount Tire and they can’t take them off.Im at a total loss for words.🤯
