Best Chevy service department I have taken our cars to. Service advisors have been good to work with and only recommend necessary repairs. Also bought a used car from Autonation Chevy and that was a good experience, too.
I would only give one star if it wasn’t for my service advisor Jimmy who was great through this whole process. As part of my service, I got two new rear tires but, when I went to pick up the car, Jimmy noticed that the wrong tires that were $220/ea more expensive than what I had ordered. I had to then wait two more days to get this corrected though on the way home my tire over pressure alarm went off the entire way home. I had to remove 10 psi from every tire once they cooled down.
