All went well here they got my car in immediately for my appointment they forgot to send my phone a text update that my car was done but other than that everything was great.

Got in quickly for an oil and filter change. Waited for car in a very clean lounge area. Service rep reviewed what was done. Everything was very clear and upfront.
Very satisfied with my experience. Shout out to Thomas, my service technician, for his great customer service. Kept in full communication with me while my vehicle was being serviced. Even sent me a video of the cause of damage. My repairs were done faster than originally estimated. I would definitely recommend Autonation Chevrolet Mesa Service Center to others. Every employee I encounter was friendly and welcoming. Overall it was a pleasant experience - which is hard to come by when unexpected vehicle expenses arise.
