I received a message my car was done. I called the shop and tech multiple times to confirm. No one picked up the phone. YOUR website says you close at 7. I get here at 630pm and you're closed. Im extremely upset that I wasted money on a rideshare here and your closed. Standing outside in the cold waiting and I see people inside but they just ignored me. Fix your website its highly unprofessional to have the times wrong and wasting people's time and money.

Unsafe mechanic. They left my lug nuts loose which is a major safety concern. Didn't have any issues coming here for over 2 years with a new Silverado under warranty. However, for my used truck they abusively racked up uneccessary charges. Pure greed and dishonesty. The GM has ignored my calls and voicemails and left issues unresolved.
