Oscar was great at handling my tire service and the team at AutoNation was courteous and friendly.
The gentleman that helped me was very polite, respectful and to the point. When I come back, I will be looking forward to being helped again by this person.
I don't understand this place. I stopped going there a while back because their service center was so unreliable, but I had an emergency and it was the closest dealership. I brought my vehicle in on a Wednesday and had to pick it up 4 days later and take it to another shop (not a dealership) because they still had not even looked at it yet and had no guarantees when they would get to it. I gave them a 3 only because they were pleasant enough, but that doesn't help me get my car back on the road.
I had a problem with the shifter not showing in park after engined shutdown. Oscar was able to get the problem diagnosed and fixed quickly.
