The service department was so professional in dealing with my concerns I went in for my first oil change and I asked the service advisor Brandon to look into a noise I was hearing in the front and they found it the following day and had it fixed that day. As a previous service advisor my self it’s good to see these young ones doing a great job as service advisers. Keep up the good work
I had my transmission replaced two months ago and started experiencing an issue with the RPMs fluctuating. I was advised that this was normal. The service area was very busy and I had to leave my truck for two day to have it checked. They indicated that they made some adjustments and everything check out okay. My truck appears to be operating normally.
From the intake team, to the service managers, and all employees at that facility, everyone was super helpful. Was asked by several people if I needed anything or if they could help. Will definitely be returning to use AutoNation Chevrolet.

Armando, was my service advisor. He kept me informed every step of the. Just last week I mentioned to him about my sister passing, nothing but great customer service from him. My only problem is that my car came in clean but left with a lot of leaves in the trunk and hood area. Other than that great job Armando and Autonation. Also saying thank personally to the GM. He is the 1 who got the ball rolling.
