Work done was good. But at the prices they charge, they could of given the car back as clean as they received it. It was heavily dirty with leaves and bird poop all over it. It is a bad as going out to eat in a restaurant with filthy bathrooms. Don't they care?
At the time my visit last. The server was courtesy and take time to explain to me all details service i was there . The mechanic guy was at point. The problem was solved.
My service advisor, Darren was very thorough in explaining the situation with my vehicle and the optional remedies. The repair was completed in a timely manner and with great results so far.
Joe Thomason and Christina Goodwin were amazing at helping me get a truck and I am in love with my truck and I cannot wait until I can go and purchase another vehicle from them. They took time and answered all my questions and made me feel OK with my decision on the vehicle that I did purchase. I'm a very happy customer and I will be sending more people your way at AutoNation.
