Found it crazy that needing just the remote and having it programmed was $550+. Then found it needs the battery replaced! You would think they would put a new battery in it when charging this much.
David took great care of me. Even though a lot was feeling fast I had a scheduled appointment that I arrived perfectly on time for and they even finished sooner than he had anticipated.. he explained what they did, and what and when I’ll need to do next time . He was very helpful.

Worst Cadillac dealership I have EVER been too! First of all when I first came here for an oil change and tire rotation, the dude at the front desk was looking for my car (it was parked right in front of him) and he said oh my bad I was looking for a Buick, when I have a brand new Cadillac. Racist much. And then I need to have my car looked at and they do not car to work with you on scheduling. It’s just drop your car off for 7 days maybe longer and we’ll look at it when we look at it.
