Taylor is a very knowledgeable service advisor. My vehicle was overheating. I believed that it was the thermostat. I told Taylor all the issues vehicle was having. She said it sounded like it could be the thermostat but needed a diagnostic to be sure. I also needed to have a recall repaired. My disappointment was that it took over 2 days for my vehicle to get a diagnosis. It only took 1 day to complete repairs. I picked up my vehicle during lunchtime. Very disappointed. I had 4 problems with my 2014 SRX with only 88k miles. Leaking sun roof ,hatch back not working, CRT screen not working and key fob not working. Key fob was never addressed. Leak from sunroof caused in spare tire wheel well burned up wires and controls for hatch back. 8k to repair all. Car worth 8k. Had them fix sunroof $2900. Pickup car trim on post not in place.
