Excellent service! Came in for a wheel alignment and spoke with Service Advisor, Jennifer R. She is extremely professional and knowledgeable. She was able to provide immediate answers to all my questions and made me feel welcomed to be there. Her customer service skills and kindness are bar none! I would give a zero if it were possible. Took a week to fix the problem. Not a single thing was done for approximately four days because all repairs were under a “warranty hold“, when it was made clear from the start that at least the major problem, a power steering pump, wasn’t going to be under warranty anyway. The main problem was appallingly poor communication. Calls and messages not returned as promised. At least two calls to the service manager, also not returned.
