Had an appointment for an oil change and software update at 9:30am. At 2:00 I was told I was 3rd in line to have my work started. I had to go get my daughter from school, so I asked for a ride from the shuttle. I was not the only person looking for a ride, but the driver didn't want to drop me off first, and was just generally complaining about having to do his job, so I ended up ordering a lyft to get me to my daughter's school. 5+ hours to perform an oil change when I had an appointment is an absolute joke! Had appointment for today but battery died a week ago yesterday. Had to get a jump and then went to the dealership. Even though they did not have my battery in stock they were able to order it in and replace the other one the same day.
