Bought a pre-owned vehicle from them. As I was purchasing they were awesome and treated me nice especially the GM. However, once it was time to get the we owe work completed and the dents taken out I had nothing but problems. I purchased a 2017 GMC sierra with 60k miles, I really thought i had a good deal but its been a nightmare with this truck and the dealership. With in a month of having the truck the transmission broke down, they wanted to charge me but i kept telling them i had the 90 day warranty. They didn't give me a new transmission they gave me a rebuilt trans with 3 year warranty, mind you, I payed $35k for this truck and now it has a rebuilt trans and it took them 3 week to complete that service and they didn't provide a replacement v... read more
Had an appointment for an oil change and software update at 9:30am. At 2:00 I was told I was 3rd in line to have my work started. I had to go get my daughter from school, so I asked for a ride from the shuttle. I was not the only person looking for a ride, but the driver didn't want to drop me off first, and was just generally complaining about having to do his job, so I ended up ordering a lyft to get me to my daughter's school. 5+ hours to perform an oil change when I had an appointment is an absolute joke!
