The lube and oil change included the usual safety check - always good to know the car is ready for the road. The technician explained the car's issue with a leaking headlight assembly. I'll be looking for an aftermarket assembly soon. Time is important and the service was completed within the two hour time as promised!
My 2025 Enclave with 15k miles (still under factory warranty) had transmission problem. I dropped it off with you for 1 week to tell me at the end we could not find the problem and convince me that the car is normal. Took it to another dealership they found the problem same day. Plus you didn’t provide me a loaner Plus zero communication While the other dealer i took my car too. They provided me a rental car to drive while they are working on mine. Plus i receive a call from them everyday to update me on my car situation.
Autonation of Laurel took my vehicle in for major repairs $$$ on April 14th and I got it back on April 30th (no fault of their own but due to parts being delivered from California). The "only" issue I have was the lack of communication in trying to call and get someone to speak to on the status of my vehicle, I had at least 3 numbers I called and could not get anyone on the service side and finally was told they use a 3rd party service to handle the calls but I didn't find that out until I had to drive there to find out the ... read more
