This is the second evaluation performed on my vehicle this month. Unfortunately, a diagnosis still wasn't made and I was not charged. The service team members have been very professional and courteous. We are all hoping that the issue of my vehicle not starting is just a strange misfortune that will not reoccur.
Zain was great, service on my car not so much. Actually created a new problem while replacing my turbo charger (one person can do this job they said which is alarming) and now I have to go another few days without a car while they fix the problem they created. Also don’t expect a loaner car because they are on a waitlist since they’re not serviced 🧐 although people are nice, I wouldn’t bring my car here again.
The lube and oil change included the usual safety check - always good to know the car is ready for the road. The technician explained the process for changing bulbs in the license plate lights and then changed a burnt-out bulb.
Service was excellent, my normal service dealer could not get me in for 3 weeks! 3 weeks! really, but I got into Autonation the next day and they resolved the issue in two days.. thank you so much and I recommend this dealer / service department in their effort for customer satisfaction
