Scheduled an appointment two days prior and received a confirmation email and text. When I showed up the morning of my appointment they kept saying that they didn’t have an appointment for me. I kept trying to show them my email, text and app that showed my appointment. No one even cared to look. They just kept repeating that I didn’t have an appointment. I bought a truck through AutoNation new used with a slight lift kit and oversized tires I took my truck in to have the transmission inspected because it's slipping and popping I took it in found out one of the motor mounts was broke which I had been bringing my truck in for service multiple times over the last couple months so this multi-point inspection was not done correctly it cracked a manifold so they replaced two motor mounts and a manifold it took 21 days to do this they didn't replace my transmission which the servic... read more
