In June I had my 2024 GMC 3500HD truck towed to this dealership. They told me it would take 5 to 7 days to diagnose. It actually took them 14 days. This was late June 2025. Today, October 30, 2025, after much run around, they are still no closer to fixing my truck. About 3 weeks ago they finally got it to run. 2 months ago I made an appointment with Henderson GMC but still waited 5 hours for an oil change (10 minutes), transmission flush (1 hour), and a new serpentine belt. Also was told the price would be $346.23 and when I went to pay it came out to $850.26. No one said anything about the price change OR that there were issues with the service. I posted a review on ****** only to get a call from the service advisor Juanita saying that the quote I signed for the service was only for the price of labor and did not include parts. Dealer kept car for 129 days for transmission module. 4 Months and spent 8,000.00 enterprise rental car. Vehicle was returned with. check engine light on and a Chassy. module error code. Brought my car here for an Oil change. Of course KENNY LY tried to hustle me, lied & said I had an oil leak but he couldn't tell where the leak was coming from....YET they still changed my oil. Then told me I needed maintenance done on my car $854 worth.... I knew it was *.*., so I said no take my car down pls , took it back to the ORIGINAL/REAL Buick in Centennial, guess what NO OIL LEAK AT ALLL (it was residual oil ...... like I knew Autonation was on *.* not to mention my oil change for 5qrts was $82 for a OIL CHANGEEE...... read more
They cashed a check that wasn't supposed to be cashed leaving me with $60 with bank and collections I had to pay. Didn't provide me with my green slip until February. I bought the car in November. I had to pay for another smog test and a late fee for my license. Tried working with the GM he's useless then the sales manager and no refund of Money. They let the salesman go right after I bought the car so no one to help me. Don't go there.
