Wow! I went there with my family on July 3rd during one of the busiest times of the year (4th of July sales week) we walked in and were immediately greeted by the manager Paul. He made us feel so valued and welcomed even though we had our 8yr old son with us. He even cracked some jokes with our son and offered him something to drink. Complete hospitality. I had a great service experience with Kevin! There was a system outage. Kevin was very patient, and helped to check all possible solutions and arranged the service, I didn't have to come back on another day. I really appreciate his professionalism and support.
The visit was a recall appointment. Kevin was excellent—he clearly explained the process and included a thorough inspection. The vehicle was washed, and at pickup, he walked me through each of the findings in detail. Overall, it was a smooth and positive experience.
