I went to the AutoNation Acura Stevens Creek service dept on 03/08/2025. It was time to get my B15 service completed and replace a burnt-out bulb. Nicole was my service advisor, the check-in process was easy and the service team did a great job completing the needed service. Nicole is very nice to work with, kept me updated and thanks to everyone for doing a great job.
I brought my car in for a recall service, expecting a 2-hour repair as estimated. After waiting for 2 hours, I followed up and was told "just 20 more minutes". When I followed up after 20 minutes, the advisor didn’t even care to look up and she just said, "It will be ready” without offering any more details. The entire process ended up taking 3 hours and 45 minutes.
