Contacted Internet Sales Paul Kim stated what we were looking for 2016 Acura ILX Prem A Spec package and given an excellent sale price. We already were pre-approved via our Credit Union and Acura was able to beat the APR % and approve us with a better deal. I bought a Certified used car there, it was suppose to have passed Acura's rigorous inspection. After one week I took it into my local Acura dealer for some brake issues I noticed. Upon a closer look they noticed, the brake pads on my car would have never passed inspection (2mm as verified by Marin Acura), battery failed load test, tail lights not working, wheels not balanced, not too mention I needed a full brake job (new pads and machined rotors). I came to this dealership on Memorial Day weekend in hopes of getting a good deal for an Acura MDX. I received an email from one of the sales managers that there was a sale going on this weekend and I wanted to take advantage of that. Well I was very disappointed.
