Acura’s service department is always top notch! I have been going here for 12 years and I have always experienced A+ customer service.
The technicians and service department personal are exceptional. The multiple survey requests from the company are very tiring. One survey to state the experience is enough. Multiple survey requests are troublesome to me. Yet the company reviews the surveys to rate their employees. The employees I have been involved with are all terrific. The company's multiple survey requests are not encouraging to me. If you really are reading the surveys/reviews, I or we do not appreciate multiple survey requests. Thank you for asking.
