I was having some issues with axle locking sensors on my jeep. They were able to get me in quickly, look at the issue and determine the fix. They did have to take it to Dishman Dodge for the axle service and sensor replacement, but they kept me informed every step of the way and the handover to dishman was something they took care of so I didn’t have to drive into spokane and do it myself. Highly recommend them on sales and service.
Was leaving in a long road trip and wanted to get my car serviced before leaving. The scheduler did a great job of finding a slot in their schedule and the service advisor recommended the right services for this visit and flagged a normal maintenance for my next visit. Appreciated the great customer focus and relaxed attitude.
