Great customer service
Took my car for repair and had to waited for 3 months very slow service so decided to take else where however some of my cars original parts where missing and replaced with old ones such as bmw logo wheel caps and rear boot parcel cover was replaced with a completely damaged one. Never going back.
I have been trying to call Auto Nation for the last 2 weeks regarding an MOT mileage discrepancy having purchased a BMW 420 from SW SUPERSTORE of they used AutoNation to carry out the MOT AND FOR THE PAST 2 WEEKS NOBODY PICKS UP TO AWNSER THE FONE HAVING TRIED AT ALL DIFFERENT TIMES OF THE DAY AND STILL NO AWNSER WAS BEGIN TO WONDER HOW DOES THIS GARAGE CARRY OUT MOTs when they dont even awnser the telephone and because of that I've been inconvenienced and have been unable to sort out the MOT DISCREPANCY !!
