Purchased a Honda Odyssey from here mid 2024. Didn't drive it for a few months immediately after due to surgery then when I started using it around October/November, I noticed several intermittent electrical issues. Gave the salesperson and dealer several opportunities to remedy via email and text/calls but to no avail. They refused outright to provide a remedy under the CGA. The director of Autonation Group is Aoxiang ZHANG. Will be submitting MVDT (motor vehicle disputes tribunal) application shortly.
Stellar service throughout by Eric and Arthur. Eric gave a fair deal for a trade-in. He was an absolute gem and top-notch to deal during the sale as well as after-sales support. He was very fair, understanding and accommodating throughout the process and made sure I was happy with my purchase. These guys know the ins/outs of cars and how to deliver good customer service well - highly recommended.
Absolute joke of a business. Drove half way across Akld to see a particular car. On arrival the car was in shocking condition with no mention of these faults in the advertisement. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. First thing the salesman said was oh this one’s pretty rough and smells of ciggies and has a broken head unit.
I just bought a fabulous Lexus SC430 and have only the best things to say about the service, the punctuality and kindness received from Arthur and his team. Arthur gave his time freely to make sure I was familiar with the car prior to leaving on my long trip home. The service I received was much better than we received when we bought a new Hilux. It's the first place I'd go if I were to buy another car and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to buy a car.
