I purchased a Mercedes from Automundo in 2023. It is a fine car. However, while overseas without access to my files, I requested a receipt of my purchase for my 2024 Trust tax return. Three times a contacted Automundo and not one reply. They are eager to communicate when you want to purchase but any follow up will be completely ignored. Typical second hand car dealer. I won’t ever buy a prestige car from Automundo again.
idk about their services but they definately low ball on car offers. They'll offer 1/3 or 1/4 what your car is worth.
Great place to buy your next pre-loved luxury car.
Poor service after sales. No interest in helping with issues within a few months of buying. They post saying please call us to resolve but when you do they are not interested. Take your money and run away.
