Highly recommend! We recently bought an Audi A8 and felt that there was no sales pressure put on us. Scott was both friendly and helpful. The car was spotless when we got it as well, could not fault them!
Had booked in to see a car, two days prior. Arrived on day expecting to be greeted but car had been sold that day and no cancellation or notice was provided, then no real help offered on arrival. This may have been a bad day or mistake but not really what you want when you see a decently reviewed garage. Hope improvements are made to the service so nobody else leaves disappointed.
Just like to say thanks to the staff at automoto especially Gary for the excellent service I received when purchasing a Toyota corrola recently. Me and my wife travelled from Liverpool to pick up the vehicle and it was well worth the trip car was spot on and prepped to an excellent standard. Picked up a car today at short notice (same day travelled from the south of Ireland) Gary who I dealt with was brilliant very nice chap who was most efficient and professional , the exchange was very easy and gave me peace of mind,I must say I would recommend them highly,I would gladly do business with them again.
I got a car 2 months ago and it is still going great. The sales man was friendly and I believe genuine as they were able to supply receipts for all work done. The car was valeted to a high standard. I also got a reasonable price for my car which was more than the trade in websites.
