Just like to say thanks to the staff at automoto especially Gary for the excellent service I received when purchasing a Toyota corrola recently. Me and my wife travelled from Liverpool to pick up the vehicle and it was well worth the trip car was spot on and prepped to an excellent standard. Picked up a car today at short notice (same day travelled from the south of Ireland) Gary who I dealt with was brilliant very nice chap who was most efficient and professional , the exchange was very easy and gave me peace of mind,I must say I would recommend them highly,I would gladly do business with them again.
I got a car 2 months ago and it is still going great. The sales man was friendly and I believe genuine as they were able to supply receipts for all work done. The car was valeted to a high standard. I also got a reasonable price for my car which was more than the trade in websites.
Would not recommend if you are thinking for trading in. I know as a trade in you expect low offer but not to they're scale. Offered me less than half the retail price (£8000 less) for a trade in. Then tried to show me lower spec and more mileage models to try and justify it when I wasn't falling for it. Do your homework before going in as they will try and get the better of you!!!
I would highly recommend Automoto. Scott was just brilliant in getting me sorted out with my choice of car. No intense sales pressure and nothing was too much trouble. The car was just spotless and the service from Automoto second to none. Thank you Scott for everything Eithne G
