Slow to send confirmation emails. Customer service doesn't pick up the line. The sense of urgency isnt there for the customer.
This is an utter disgrace of a company that so happens to value customer satisfaction. They go off of their own inferences, rather than consulting their customer. Looking for any and every reason as to deny a claim. I am currently a college student and I purchased an engine from them because my car's had blown. I ordered an engine from AUTOMOTIX, which i assume is some kind of subsidiary of LKQ online. I replace every filter, and flush and replace every fluid. And get the engine replaced.
