Disrespectful experience, wont recommend. Called for tire change (around 10:30 AM) and was told that the person on the phone will come in 30 minutes. Waited until 11:20 AM and then the guy came, he had a weird face when he came and did not speak to me while I am parked infront of his garage. Then he opened the garage and wanted to remove a car inside (maybe stayed overnight) and he started signaling in a bad manner to reverse. Excellent service at Automotive Valley Inc! The staff were quick, friendly, and really know their stuff. Got my tires done fast and at a great price. Highly recommend!
The service is bad in different ways. The guys are not friendly, collaborative nor honest. They try to hide what they are truly doing to the vehicle. While they are working, I was asked to wait in the lobby. They make promises about the quality of their tires but they don’t provide a receipt nor a warranty! It’s like paying for a service but without any proof. It is so suspicious! On the top of that, the service is slow. It took more than an hour to replace the four tires. Great experience getting my tires changed here! The prices were very reasonable, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. They got the job done quickly and made the whole process easy. Highly recommend if you're looking for quality service without breaking the bank!
