Excellent job at a good price. My bumper and tail light had been damaged in a collision. The car was repaired and painted in the time promised and at the price estimated. When I picked up my car, the entire body was shiny and clean -- not just the bumper area that they fixed on my Toyota Yaris. (It had snowed previously and was a little dirty when I brought it in.) Eric and the boys recently did a collision repair on my 2003 Cadillac STS. The job they did and the amount of work was excellent. They repaired some past damage that a Cadillac dealer had caused and hidden, thinking that because it was inside a door no one would seeit. AU could have put it back as is and I would have not known, but they choose to do excellent work, repaired the damage caused by the dealer and did not charge me one dime more. I called to get a quote on dent repair and an all-over paint job and before I finished the first sentence the guy hung up on me! Customer service is the first impression you get from a company and I was not impressed.
