Wanted my heated seats fixed. Had asked on FB for recommendation. Todd reached out, got my jeep in quickly. Fixed them. Everything was done and they are now working awesome. Good communication before and after repair.

Recently had an "infotainment unit" installed at Automotive Universe. I am 72 years and often struggle to keep up with technology. The staff at Automotive Universe were extremely helpful walking me through the maze of settings and features. It is very much appreciated and I highly recommend the products and service they offer.

Bought plenty of things here over the years and have always received great customer service and plenty of knowledge to answer any questions I had.
