Requested rear camera installation with hardwiring and exterior mounting, which was confirmed when I booked the appointment and again when dropping off the vehicle. At pickup, I found the camera was plugged into the 12V socket using the supplied cable and installed inside the rear windshield, not outside as agreed. Worse service, arrogant, and a rip off. Charged us $336 for a job we provided parts for and did not do it correctly the first time so went back the next day only to be told to come back the day after, inconsiderate of respective time out of one’s day. Was not willing to accept their mistake and take accountability. Save your time and money!
Just went there to buy a wire harness that you would pay between 16 buck to 22 bucks this guy brought me a wire harness at 349 bucks I explained to him this was ridiculous went on Amazon and ordered the wire harness for 16 bucks they say by local hard to do when they over charge you
My review was deleted so I will post it again. They had over a year with multiple visits because they got the wiring wrong on the remote starter. They wouldn't return the money so I took everything to a new shop and they installed it right have not had a problem since. I will never be back to this shop. I do not recommend them.
