UNRELIABLE! Cancelled on us at the very last moment and put us in a very bad position since we were moving out of state and all arrangements had been made with movers, etc. Didn't even try to help us in any way. No communication. We had to reach out to them repeatedly, and each time he didn't remember who I was and I had to send him all our info each time. I would not recommend these people to anybody. Amazing service the whole way through. Took my car from Florida to Pa in a timely manner and very communicative the whole time. The driver Logan was amazing big shoutout to him. I will only use Genesis for my vehicles

Genesis transported my car from Texas to Fort Lauderdale. Even though I was given false information from the broker, Genesis did not give me wrong information and false hope about the delivery. Instead they did everything in their power to get my car to me as soon as possible, It was something that they didn't have to do, but they tried their best and kept me posted where exactly the car was, when to expect it and they delivered. I would highly recommend Genesis Exotic Transport. Edwin was great and car was delivered safe and sound. I would definitely use them again.
