I strongly urge anyone considering this business to think twice. My interaction with the owner, Tom, was one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve had. He was openly rude, dismissive, and confrontational from the start. Rather than answering reasonable questions, he became defensive, talked over me, and spoke in a tone that was disrespectful and hostile. There was no attempt at professionalism or basic courtesy. Very helpful, friendly, and true to their warranty. They want your vehicle back on the road as badly as you do, which is hard to say for a lot of shops. I highly recommend them for transmission work.

Worst place ever they did not complete the rebuild and had to take them to court and unfortunately the judge was confused by Tom’s lies and bs I lost over 3000 because this guy is a pos scam artist
