If I could add negative stars, this is where we'd be. Long story short, ordered a lightforce light online on the Friday, followed up on Monday, happy to pay for express shipping, heard nothing until I followed up again, needed it for the Wednesday, was told that it would arrive by the Tuesday. No comms, followed up on the Wednesday, told them that i'll pick up. Was told that it would be ready and would be notified when ready to pick up. Got an email at 5:40pm, just a few hours late.
