I have delt with Automotive Specialty Services since the time they were located north of the tracks. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else for service. Diane has always been there and is a pleasure to see and to deal with. All services and repairs were quick and can be relied on. You can wait during an oil change or a loaner car is available if needed.
Driving home one of my warning lights went off. I drove straight to Automotive Specialties and they let my leave my car even though it was almost closing time. They called the next morning with the diagnosis, did the repair AND I’m on the road again! Great staff!
On April 1, I went to Automotive Specialty Services in Avon to help get my car to pass the e-check test. They took my car for a test drive to figure out a solution. The technician then took my car and had the e-check done for me. I would recommend them for your car repairs. Margaret
Following up our original post, we did bring the car in for the repairs suggested in the free estimate. Again extremely pleased with the customer service which seems legendary in today’s world. The whole team was very friendly and accommodating, the facility is spotless, and they kept us informed via phone calls as to their progress and a couple of minor changes to the original work order.
