Phenomenal communication, excellent service, competitive price point. In and out in one day. And the loaner vehicle made it seamless.The chocolate chip cookies I received when getting my key back was an added bonus.
It’s highly unfortunate that I have to leave a low star review. I usually come here for services but lately they just ream you and I’ve been a loyal customer since 2021. Casey told me I needed all new back brakes and rotors to fix the clanking noise that was coming from my car over bumpy roads…..totaling me OVER 1000. I denied their work and went somewhere else for them to tell me my brakes actually look great, and I’m half way through their life. I am pleased with the services that they have performed on my wife’s Honda CR-V. I feel that it is important to have a vehicle serviced by technicians that are trained and qualified for the newer cars. I’ve never had an issue with any of their work and it is all lifetime warranty. On top of that the entire staff is friendly and it is a clean shop. I couldn’t reccomend this place more!! Diane is amazing! She went above and beyond to help me when my car presented with issues. They made sure I had a loaner vehicle as I have children and gave me a full inspection and advice on the vehicle. I ended up having to get a new car and they made one huge headache for me such a smoother process. She also reccomended their free inspection before purchase.
