I was told that the Owner was an outstanding mechanic. I took my 2010 Mercedes to them for basic tune up 2 weeks ago. When I first went to pick the car up, I noticed there was a terrible noise when I started the car. The Owner told me a line of mumbo jumbo and said he had called me to let me know of repairs I needed to have done (left me a voice mail, he claimed). I never received a voice mail from the Owner(s).
