Honesty goes a long way with me I recommend everyone I know to this place. I have finally found a place that takes care of my needs without taking advantage of me unlike the other places I used to go toin westerville. Finally a decent place for me I leave knowing me and my kids are safe when I leave with my care. No job is to big or small always keeping me informed. Than you automotive specialist!!!

It's a very long story but it took 10 days instead of 1-2 days for automotive specialists in columbus, ohio to replace a bad transmission with a newer used one. They received two wrong transmissions. The mechanic who worked on it was not a transmission specialist. They put in a clutch part also, unknown to my knowledge and charged me $365. The owner's wife stated that it was not their falt that the place where they got the transmission sent them two wrong ones.
