Took advantage of my elderly parents after an accident. The owner forged my father’s signature on an insurance check, likely in cahoots with the insurance adjustor to game the system, and left us with a car in worse shape than when he towed it. The dealer was horrified after reading the initial insurance inspection report and looking at the condition the car was in 8 months later. Avoid at all costs. “Carma” is certainly an ironic name.
No professionalism. Used words like “perfectionist” and “pettiness” to speak to paying customers. The service and repair was subpar the first time. They had to do double the work to do things correct, and blame the customers because they themselves had no idea what they’re doing. After picking up the car, I noticed a few missing from the car. this is the best body shop in miami. consistent work at reasonable prices by experienced professionals. custom work. touch ups. a great team always ready to help out. they really take pride in what they do. i would never take my car anywhere else.
