Bumper feel off after fixing it at Toyota shop… brought it here and the next day it was ready! Not only did Northtown collision haven’t been doing a good job lately. Even though they are direct from Toyota… I only wished that they had called me about the Router ( I did put on the brake pads myself… but the router is the issue now… I would have thought they could put on a new router and put back my new brakes… that’s the only critique I have

Took my truck in for an alignment after getting a tie rod replaced, got my truck back and it drove fine for a little bit but then i noticed that it was still pulling to the right as i drove down the street I then noticed that the inside thread on both tires were wearing down like crazy. I called them back to have them check it out again and I was told by the owner that the alignment wasn’t done properly.
