After telling me my repairs would take a week, they had my car for a month. They didn’t return any of my phone calls or voicemails to the point that my insurance had to physically send someone to the shop to find out what was going on. They gave us a completion date of the following Monday but then called that Friday an hour before they closed when we live an hour away saying the car was done and ready for pickup. Service was horrible. Appointment took months to get in just to still have damages in the area plus another area that wasn’t previously damaged. Also, after all the issues they still tried to blame it on me.
