AN EMPLOYEE AT AUTO MOTIVE SERVICE SOLUTIONS HIT A POLE WITH MY CAR. INSTEAD OF CONTACTING US THEY TRIED TO BUFF OUT THE SCRATCH TO THE FINAL COAT OF PAINT AND SCRATCH IS STILL VISIBLE AND THEY CAUSED FURTURE DAMAGE. OWNER APOLOGIZED AND SAID GET AN ENSTIMATE TO FIX. WE RECEIVED 3 ESTIMATES AVG $1,000. HE SAID THAT IS CRAZY HE ISNT PAYING IT AND HE GOT A BOGUS ESTIMATE WITH NO BUSINESS NAME ON IT FOR $300 AND SEND A CHECK.
