My wife was stranded with a overheating problem. They tried to sell me a water pump that was just replaced. Simple thermostat replacement was all she needed. They charged $357 dollars for a job that takes litterrally about 30 minutes. I had to redo the job when my wife got home. Thermostat housing was not cleaned and gasket o ring not seated properly. Great service!
Excellent, the Service Writers are efficient, communicate well so that I can understand what the concerns are with my car. The staff provide a sense of caring about my wellbeing around my vehicle.
Friendly and flexible. The price felt a little high for the labor, but they definitely seemed like they knew what they were doing. I would probably use them again.
Good, friendly folks willing to go the xtra mile to be of help....AAA has chosen this site well....competitive prices, honest, careful work.
