I recently took my car here for a service. Immediately I was greeted by Steve and his team and made to feel extremely welcome. The service was carried out promptly, with clear communication all the way through. Everything was very professional and I will absolutely be returning for my next service, and would highly recommend to anyone else looking for a reliable and trustworthy repair shop.
I’m extremely disappointed with the level of service I received. The team failed to properly diagnose my car issues and instead made a blind assessment, recommending and performing unnecessary services that did not resolve the original problem. Even after the service, the issue remained exactly the same. When I contacted them for a solution, instead of taking responsibility or offering proper support, they simply told me to go somewhere else. This is completely unacceptable.
