I’ve never encountered a mechanic like Brad. He works one on one with you. Communicating via text, It feels like he’s your personal mechanic on speed dial. Well he is in a sense given how his system works. There’s no waiting room, the waiting rooms the garage where I hang out in a recliner and shoot the s**t with him and his great helper so I like that too. This shop is by far the most affordable repair facility in the area, & I mean by FAR. I did not have to wait more than a couple days for service.. New brakes were $512.. Ellis wanted over $900. The guy there is knowledgeable & on task. They saved me money, & I will be back again. Thanks.
