My Hyundai was broken into and almost stolen. I took it took Autoworks and as usual they did excellent work, at a fraction of the cost, quoted by at least 8 shops in Aurora. Thanks guys for always being professional accommodating and kind.
I had a fantastic experience here. Went to get an alternator installed, was given a faulty one from AutoZone. They helped me through the whole thing, got me a working alternator, were super responsive and easy to communicate with. Got me a great deal as well! Super satisfied with my experience here and will be going back in the future!
Beware of Deceptive Practices! The 5-star ratings here are either fake or outdated. Read the recent negative reviews before considering this shop. I specifically asked if they worked on BMWs and was assured they did. However, they lacked the expertise to fix my door lock actuator and had to call in a "BMW guy" for coding, causing delays. They also tried to charge me triple for the repair, claiming the used actuator I brought was faulty and then trying to bill me for reinstalling the old one. Autoworks is our family’s go-to shop, and their team is solid. Justin at the front desk is always supportive, clear about repair options, and never pushy. Brandon often handles my routine maintenance (like oil changes) or new car inspections with straightforward honesty. Both treat customers respectfully. Overall, dependable service with fair prices.
I finally got around to writing this overdue review for Autoworks who pretty much my whole family goes to. The whole team is solid, but two guys really stand out. Take Justin at the front desk. He’s always supportive and never makes you feel pressured into any decision.
