I had a bad oxygen sensor that the Toyota dealer wanted a $1000 to repair, with no guarantee it would pass inspection. Mark, the owner, did it for a fraction of a fraction of the cost. Mark was courteous, flexible, and always had my interests at heart. Mark's mechanic is named "Guy" who has worked there since 2005. I could tell from conversing with him that he really knew his trade. I plan on returning for all my automotive needs.

The worst customer service I have experienced. The Tech / Rep Gerald never returned phone calls or followed up on promised estimate information. I would never take my car to this place again.

Crook! Incompetent! Agree that Mark is a thief and incompetent automotive repair specialist. This place is the most inappropriately named car repair place ever. Mark and his place came highly recommeded by the locals. A tow truck took our 85 Mercedes to his place. The tow was paid by them and put on our bill, which was a big help since we're in Houston, and they needed cash. The problem was fix and some extras done to ensure the car was safe 4 diving. Mark have us a full run down of everything that needed 2 be fix in the future. He let that car stay at his place until we could get 2 Galveston and pick up our car. Mark is a theif Mark owns and operates this place. Do not go near him or his shady staff of low-life mechanics. If eternal life was gained or lost by how fairly you treated those in need, I would seriously worry for this man. I am from Houston and almost got stranded on the island with my kids and Mark tried to take me for 1,800 dollars. I got the car home on its own steam and paid 535.00 at Corbs auto for the repair. Mark told me a coil pack and 2 of my 4 catalytic converters were bad and the parts alone would be over 1k. O... read more
