I am not happy with the service I received. Was contacted because my warranty had expired on my new vehicle. Wasn’t told that my extended warranty contract would only cover for approximately 40k miles. So I traded that car and called to cancel the contract. At that time was told the contract was no longer valid because the miles had expired. I will never refer this company to anyone and I will advise my dealer on the business practice.
I had doubts about this warranty plan in the beginning but after speaking with a sales agent, against my better judgment I agreed & paid the deposit. After consideration (2 weeks) I called to cancel. The agent told me to think it over and went on and on about the perks. He asked me to wait a month and I did. I called at least 4 times and was told that it would be canceled and any money paid in would be refunded.
