We moved to Redding in 2008. Automotive Plus was recommended by a co-worker of mine, and I have been using them ever since. They are honest, fair, and reasonable. I trust them implicitly.

They did an expensive tune-up on my car a couple years ago. I heard they were Christians and hoped that would be helpful, but the woman who took the information was not friendly and sent us walking stores close by that were not close at all. My 80-year-old friend and I had to turn around when he tired and they were still not in sight. Also the mechanics messed up my radio computer settings, which have never worked since. I didn't realize it until a trip a couple months later....

I have finally found an auto repair shop that i trust. Being a single female makes it scary to have have your vehicle worked on, mechanics see you coming and try to pull one over on you, but not at Automotive Plus. I was originally referred to go there from Jiffy Lube to have my water pump replaced. They were short staffed that day, but took the time to install the water pump for me any way. While waiting there, numerous clients came in, along with numerous phone calls from people who needed to have their vehicles worked on.... read more
